Courses

Metabolic education, built like medicine.

Five doctor-built programs — from a self-paced on-ramp to a full live cohort. Dr. Annette Bosworth, MD teaches the same chemistry she uses with patients. Pick the level of structure that fits your life.

Live programs

The two ways to reset with a coach.

Both teach the same clinical curriculum. The real question is how much of your calendar you can give it.

Intensive live cohort

21-Day Metabolic Kick

Three weeks of full immersion — live coaching Monday through Friday, classes of ten, and Dr. Boz in every classroom. The fastest way to break a stall.

  • Live coaching Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM ET
  • Small groups of 10 with a personal coach
  • Real-time Dr. Boz Ratio dashboard

Part-time live cohort

6-Week Metabolic Reset

The same curriculum as the 21-Day Kick, paced over six weeks with twice-weekly coaching — built to fit around a job, a family, and a life.

  • Same curriculum as the 21-Day Kick
  • Two live coaching sessions each week
  • Dr. Boz appears across the six weeks

Bonus video

Add intermittent fasting — safely.

A standalone lecture for keto-adapted students: how to layer intermittent fasting on top of a working keto practice, with a physician’s framing on refeeding and what to watch for.

How it works

From first click to a lasting protocol.

No subscriptions, no guesswork — here is exactly what happens, from the moment you choose a program to the day you graduate.

  1. 01

    Find your fit

Take the two-minute quiz or read the “Best if” line on each card. We point you to one program — and tell you which to skip.
  2. 02

    Enroll in minutes

Pay once, no subscriptions. Your clinical intake form, device-setup guide, and cohort calendar arrive the same day.
  3. 03

Show up and do the work

Live coaching, a real-time ketone-and-glucose dashboard, and classes capped at ten. Miss a session? The recording posts that day.
  4. 04

    Leave with a protocol

In the final week you build your day-22, day-100, and day-365 plan with your coach — so the results outlast the class.

How to choose

Five questions that decide for most readers.

If you’re hovering between two options, one of these usually breaks the tie.

I’m brand new to keto. Where should I actually start?

Start with Consistently Keto 2.00. It’s the on-ramp: 4 modules of keto education, 4 fasting cycles, a 12+ hour Q&A vault, and access to the Mirror Neuron Facebook group. Self-paced, lifetime access, 14-day money-back. If you want a more structured 4-week sequence after that, the Core Curriculum (C5, $497) is the next step.

What’s actually different between the 6-Week Reset and the 21-Day Kick?

Same curriculum, different intensity. The 21-Day Kick is full immersion — 5 live coaching sessions per week, classes of 10, Dr. Boz visiting every classroom. People literally pause their lives for it. The 6-Week Reset stretches the same content over 6 weeks at 2 sessions/week, with one lead coach and three Dr. Boz appearances. Pick the Reset if you can’t take three weeks off work. Pick the Kick if you’ve already tried and stalled.

Do I need a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) to participate?

Not for the self-paced courses. Strongly recommended for the 21-Day Kick — the real-time Dr. Boz Ratio dashboard is built around glucose + ketone data, and getting maximum value from the program means feeding it your numbers. The 6-Week Reset works with finger-stick readings if a CGM isn’t accessible.

Is BRAINS a starter course, or do I need keto experience first?

BRAINS is a specialty program, not a sequence step. People come to it for a specific neurological reason — a parent with Alzheimer’s, post-concussion symptoms, brain fog that won’t quit. You don’t need to finish another course first. If you also need the keto fundamentals, pair it with Consistently Keto 2.0.

How do I know if I should book a clinical consult instead of taking a program?

Courses teach you the chemistry. Consults manage your specific labs, medications, and contraindications. If you’re on insulin, blood thinners, or psychiatric medications — or you’re trying to coordinate with an existing physician — start with a consult. Otherwise, a course will get you further, faster, for less money.
