1:1 Coaching

When you need someone in your corner.

9 independent coaches Dr. Boz trusts. 2 carry the Brains designation. Each runs their own practice — phone, email, or their site.

What coaching is

Coaching is what curriculum can't be.

Programs teach the protocol. A coach helps you apply it — to your body, your calendar, your kitchen. They've seen this plateau before.

Find your coach

Browse the directory.

Each coach sets their own pricing, schedule, and session format. Reach out by phone, email, or their website — first contact goes to them.

How it works

A directory, not a platform.

Dr. Boz personally curates this directory. Each coach sets their own approach and pricing. First contact goes to them.

  1. 01

    Browse the directory

Read each coach's listing below. 2 carry the Brains Coach designation alongside their keto practice — that's the more advanced training track, used most often for cognitive concerns.

  2. 02

    Reach out directly

Phone, email, or the coach's own site if they keep one. There is no central booking — you're hiring the coach, not a platform, so first contact goes straight to them.

  3. 03

    Set the cadence with them

Each coach sets their own format, pricing, and session length. Ask up front whether they work 1:1, in groups, or in packages, so the fit is clear before you commit.

  4. 04

    Loop in your physician

Keep your medical team in the loop, especially if you take insulin, a sulfonylurea, or other glucose-lowering medication. Coaches don't prescribe or adjust meds.

Before you reach out

Coaching complements your medical care — it doesn't replace it.

Coaches don't prescribe or adjust medications. If you take insulin or another glucose-lowering med, talk to your physician before starting keto.
